SUFFOLK

A large-scale and long running change of use project involving a former malt-roasting house in a conservation area which had fallen into dereliction and the client is now converting to a family home. The finished building will have a double height galleried living space, snug/TV room, separate kitchen and entertaining area and master suite as well as additional bedrooms.
