The brief was to design and gain permissions for a first floor single storey side extension plus possible further internal rearrangements at first floor to the existing Grade II Listed house.
 
The design allows for an enlarged third bedroom with en-suite and relocated bathroom for the second bedroom. It was paramount that the existing period features and historic character of the house were maintained as an integral part of the proposals, and liaison with the Listed Building Officer was maintained from the start to ensure a successful outcome, involving a significant alteration to a listed building, to the satisfaction of all parties.
